Established in 2003, the Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail (SHWT) features 14 wineries nestled throughout Central Pennsylvania, along the scenic Susquehanna and Juniata Rivers. Our member wineries are passionate grape growers and winemakers, dedicated to sharing both our craft and the charm of the small towns we call home.
